About Brandon

As Vice-President of a local development company, Brandon manages all company projects and the home building division. projects include more than 4,700 acres of residential communities and commercial retail centers.

Brandon's employment history includes the Texas Senate, the Texas Attorney General, the Oklahoma Attorney General and a private law practice.

Brandon served as a Vice Chairman on the Lonestar Groundwater Conservation District managing our county's groundwater resources. The mayors of the small cities of Montgomery County appointed Brandon to this position.

Brandon serves as a committeeman for the State Bar of Texas Real Estate Section and he co-authored the 2003 and 2005 Legislative Report presented at the annual conference for the State Bar.

Brandon was appointed by Dr. Walter Wilkerson in 2004 to serve as the chair of the finance committee for the Montgomery County Republican Party and currently maintains this position.

Brandon is a frequent speaker at city council meetings and civic groups throughout Montgomery and north Harris counties on related land and water topics.

Brandon is an eigth-generation native of Montgomery County, Texas. He receive his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a doctor of jurisprudence degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law.

Brandon is married to Fawn Benson Creighton and has a daughter (Presleigh).
